Biography
As a key team member, Corinne Munoz serves as the controller of Estrella Media. In her role, she is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, accounting, and related functions.
As controller for Estrella Media, Munoz oversees the analysis, preparation and reporting of company financial data, while maintaining a system of accounting records and controls. She also oversees all aspects of payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. She works closely with the company COO/CFO in the financial forecast process, business operations and managing tax planning and compliance.
A 17-year finance and accounting veteran, she has served in several increasing positions in the entertainment financial sector, with a strong background in efficiency and process improvement. Before joining Estrella Media, she served as corporate controller for Lotus Communications Corp. Previous organizations where she served in various finance and accounting capacities include Cast & Crew Entertainment Services and Village Roadshow Entertainment Group.
Munoz holds a BS in Accountancy from California State University Northridge (CSUN) and is a certified public accountant in the state of California.
