Position Summary:
Traffic Coordinators provide sales support to the Traffic Department, Sales Managers and Account Executives for our TV & Radio stations.
Responsibilities:
- Backup traffic and continuity in all markets.
- Work/finalize and reconcile daily traffic logs.
- Assist with entering commercial copy and orders in WideOrbit Traffic Systems.
- Maintain continuity and traffic files updated.
- Communicate via email and/or phone with a vast variety of advertising agencies.
- Communicate with various departments within the company.
Requirements:
- Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Radio/TV broadcast traffic and/or agency experience.
- Detail oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience working with WideOrbit.
- Bilingual: ability to read, write and speak English/Spanish.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Dallas, TX or Houston, TX
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to work overtime on short notice.
- Must be 18 years or older
