Job Summary:
The Master Control Operator is responsible for airing programs and breaks in accordance with the broadcast log. Monitoring broadcast signal and transmitter readings. Exchange material with network stations via FTP and fiber transfers. Familiarity with Crispin Automation Systems and XDCAM formats is a plus. This individual must be able to act independently and make reasonable and cognitive decisions related to system failure and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting these issues.
Responsibilities:
The Master Control Operator must possess exceptional communication skills. They must be self-motivated and with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All employees are expected to bring a positive attitude to the workplace and be cheerful, cooperative, and productive.
Requirements:
- High school graduate.
- Must also have basic knowledge of MS office, word, and windows environment.
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Must be able to make quick decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and/or Holidays.

- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, long hours, holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.
