ESTRELLA MEDIA ANNOUNCES ‘¡REGÍSTRATE Y VOTA!’ CAMPAIGN TO DRIVE THE 2024 HISPANIC VOTE

Multi-Platform Campaign launches to Drive Awareness, Information and Advocacy for Registering to Vote in 2024 U.S. Elections

 

Wednesday, February 21, 2024 Estrella Media, the award-winning multi-platform Spanish language media company, has launched its ¡REGÍSTRATE Y VOTA! – PIENSA, SIENTE, ACTÚA (Register and Vote: Think, Feel, Do) campaign to drive the Hispanic vote in this year’s elections. The EstrellaTV network’s Cierre de Edición news anchor José Armando Ronstadt, Don Cheto Al Aire national radio host Don Cheto, and AlarmaTV host Nour Milla are part of the first wave of the campaign creative, which is meant to educate and inform Estrella Media’s multi-platform audiences on the importance of registering to vote and voting.

“Informing and educating our audience on their right to vote, and how to register to vote, goes hand in hand with our responsibility to present the news that this election will impact,” said Enrique Guillen, Chief Content Officer, Estrella Media. “Our national and local news are hyper-focusing on presenting all sides of the issues, including covering important political races and issues that are going to shape the futures of our communities. The campaign will run through November and will feature various Estrella Media on-air personalities from across the company’s television networks and stations, radio stations, and digital platforms. The campaign will encourage people to go to www.vote.gov and www.vote.gov/es/ to check on their registration status or register to vote. EstrellaTV’s Cierre de Edición will be featuring nightly election news segments on key national and local issues that voters will be deciding.
